Hands on Training Group was founded in 1993

Alf Nicdao and his partner Louise started the company to deliver the skills and knowledge Victoria’s employers are looking for in their workforce. With this philosophy, Alf and Louise have developed the following successful projects:

• Job Skills Workshop for secondary school students
• Hospitality training workshops in food and beverage service
• Customer service training programs for front line staff in small business
• Delivery of traineeship programs in retail and hospitality in partnership with both TAFE and private Registered Training Organisations (RTO)

Hands on Training Group aims to provide training that is relevant to the needs and culture of each individual workplace through consultation and assessment of training needs analysis (T.N.A.) prior to the commencement of a proposed training program.
