Competency based training is focused on training and assessing
students while they are working. The impact on the workplace is
minimal because the workbooks are geared towards operational situations,
they are easy to use and contain all appropriate information. They
are user friendly for trainee, assessor, workplace and comply with
audit processes.

are excellent resources for current and future use, which complement
